that doesn’t change
he is a salesman.
This week the New York Times sat down with Donald Trump. He played nice. Backed away from his harsh promise during the campaign to put crooked Hillary in jail. Backed away from some of his other “hard line” statements that he had to make in order to get elected.
Yesterday he picked a moderate governer to lead the United Nations. Somebody who the New York Times reminded me had spoke “out against the Confederate battle flag in the aftermath of the 2015 massacre at a black church in Charleston” God bless her soul.
Perhaps things will settle down. Maybe Donald is becoming moderate and starting to listen. Maybe he will… Stop. That’s the trick of the narcissist: he preys on our desire to believe that he will change for us.
